  • CHAT THERAPY is not a therapist or healthcare provider
  • No therapeutic or medical relationship is created
  • Information provided is educational and informational only
  • CHAT THERAPY is not a crisis intervention or emergency service
  • You understand the risks associated with using internet-based technology and AI-generated content

No Refund Policy

All subscription fees and payments made to THE SPIRIT TREE LLC dba CHAT THERAPY are non-refundable.
No full or partial refunds will be issued for:
  • Unused portions of a subscription period
  • Partial months of service
  • Early cancellation of a subscription
  • Failure to use the platform after purchase
  • User dissatisfaction with AI-generated responses
  • Technical issues outside the reasonable control of THE SPIRIT TREE LLC

If a user cancels before the end of a billing cycle, access will remain available through the remainder of the paid subscription period; however, no refund, credit, or prorated reimbursement will be provided for any unused days remaining in that billing cycle.

Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their CHAT THERAPY subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer support.
  • Cancellation will stop future recurring billing
  • Access continues through the end of the current billing period
  • Cancel anytime via account settings or by contacting support

Billing Disputes

Users agree to contact THE SPIRIT TREE LLC dba CHAT THERAPY regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. The company reserves all rights to contest chargebacks for services that were purchased and made available to the user.

  • Access your subscription services
  • Cancel your subscription at any time
  • Contact support for billing concerns
  • Receive services for the paid billing period
  • Request account information
